Reset your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Only use this procedure if you lost your device and/or can't authenticate into your InsureID account.

If you can still log in to your InsureID account, do the following yourself, without contacting support:

To reset your MFA

  1. Ask InsureID to reset your MFA by emailing them at .

  2. Wait for support to confirm they've started the process.
