What is MFA?​

MFA is a security measure that requires more than one method of authentication. For example, you may have MFA that requires you to log in and then enter a code from a app on your mobile device.

Supported MFA methods:

  • Okta Verify
  • Google Authenticator
  • SMS (text message) authentication
  • Voice calls (with extension options)

Benefits of MFA​

MFA adds an extra layer of security, ensuring unauthorized users cannot access your account even if they have your password.
