Change or forgot password

You can change your password if you forgot it.

To reset a forgotten password​

  1. Log out if you haven't already.

  2. Go to the InsureID site.

  3. Enter your username.

  4. Select Next > Forgot password?.

  5. Follow the prompts on your screen to finish.

To change your password​

  1. Sign in to your InsureID account.

  2. At the top-right, select your name.

  3. Select Settings.

  4. At the top-right, select Edit Profile.

  5. Follow the prompts to authenticate with InsureID.

  6. In the Change Password section, enter your current and new passwords.

  7. Select Change Password.
